TUM provides Accounting and Financial services for our customer companies. In addition to providing daily financial operations, some of our other capabilities include

  • Accounts Receivable team that posts cash applications and communicates with customers to collect outstanding amounts
  • Accounts Payable team that verifies and pays obligations of the company
  • General Ledger team that ensures the books and records are in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Customer Service team that is responsible for invoicing customers and resolving subsequent discrepancies that occur
  • Tax team that files state and federal tax returns in compliance with applicable tax laws
  • Treasury/Banking to manage cash flow
  • Systems analyst to help develop, implement and maintain financial systems

Robert (Bob) L. Kayl

President & CEO

Robert (Bob) L. Kayl is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Texas United Corporation. Prior to joining Texas United in 2016, Bob was the Senior Vice President
and Chief Financial Officer of Tesco Corporation (formerly NASDAQ: TESO) in Houston, Texas. Bob’s earlier career positions included five years in Big-4 public accounting. Bob holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of South Dakota,
a Master of Business Administration from Baylor University, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Arizona and Texas.
