Robert (Bob) L. Kayl

President & CEO

Robert (Bob) L. Kayl is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Texas United Corporation. Prior to joining Texas United in 2016, Bob was the Senior Vice President
and Chief Financial Officer of Tesco Corporation (formerly NASDAQ: TESO) in Houston, Texas. Bob’s earlier career positions included five years in Big-4 public accounting. Bob holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of South Dakota,
a Master of Business Administration from Baylor University, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Arizona and Texas.

Stacey Owens

Vice President & Treasurer & Controller

Stacey Ownes is the Vice President – Treasurer & Controller at Texas United Management Corporation and has been with the company since 1999. Previously, Stacey was an
auditor for Coopers & Lybrand (now part of PricewaterhouseCoopers). Stacey earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Ross Tucker

Vice President & CIO

Ross Tucker serves as the Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Texas United Corporation, since 2015. Previously, Ross was the Global Vice President & CIO
for Furmanite (NYSE:FRM), a multinational public company in the EPC/Industrial Services industry with operations in 85+ locations globally. Ross also served as Vice President & CIO at IFCO Systems, a multinational public company in the reusable packaging/logistics
industry with operations in 240+ locations globally. Ross earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Geology from the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss).

Scott Whitelaw

Vice President of EHS

Scott Whitelaw is the Vice President of Environmental, Health & Safety for Texas United Corporation and has been with the company since 1995. Scott has more than 40
years of EHS experience and has worked for several oil & gas related companies, including 10 years with Conoco, Inc. Scott received a B.S. in Environmental Science from Florida Tech and an M.B.A. from the University of Denver.

Fred Wolgel

Vice President & General Counsel

Fred Wolgel is Vice President and General Counsel of Texas United Corporation. Fred has over 30 years of experience in the energy, salt, telecommunications, and water
industries. Prior to joining Texas United Management Corporation, Fred liquidated the assets of the Enron bankruptcy estate. Fred also served as senior Vice President – Corporate Development, for a company that provided outsourced water and wastewater operations
services throughout North America. Fred holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center, an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan.

Tara Morano

Director of Purchasing

Tara Morano serves as the Director of Procurement for Texas United Management. Tara has over 26 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, working in various functions including, Logistics, Materials Management, Inventory Management, Contacts Management, Strategic Sourcing, and Business Optimization. She has also been involved in several ERP implementations and has built Supply Chain and Procurement Departments from the ground up or from inception. Tara holds a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management from the University of Nevada,

Franny Oxford

Sr. Director of Human Resources

Franny Oxford has more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development leadership, particularly with businesses that are evolving to meet emerging market needs.  Franny’s deepest expertise lies in developing or redeveloping systems of work, including recruiting, selection, onboarding, performance management, compensation, culture, governance, and employee experience. Franny holds an undergraduate and master’s degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Texas at Austin.

Joe Pribyl

Director of Human Resources

Joe Pribyl serves as the Director of Human Resources for Texas United Management Corporation and has been with the Company since 1979. Starting as a Mail Clerk, Joe
advanced over the years through various positions such as A/P Clerk, Payroll and Benefits Clerk, and Payroll and Human Resources Manager. Joe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Finance, with a minor in Accounting.
